The Key to High-Mileage, Chafe-Free Running

Being a competitive ultra runner requires logging large running volume each year.  I have averaged over 4,000 miles each of the last four years in hot and humid Alabama. Extreme sweating and soggy shorts just come with the territory. To prevent chaffing that naturally happens in running, I have religiously used Uberlube because it works. There are two things I do before my morning runs, brush my teeth and apply Überlube.

Training for the Marine Marathon

My unit, the Medical Element, is training for the Marine Marathon in October. When we run in the morning it's hot and humid. I have underwire rub-rash from running and I can't find anything here that comes close to your product to stopping chaffing. There's a deodorant like rub stick that says it will stop rash but I'd prefer to use your product.

From Boston Training to the Clinic

Zero Chafing After 12 Hours at the New York City Marathon
